We are Matthew Spinks & Monique Terlouw
We live in a beautiful village in the west of Holland with our wonderful Dogue de Bordeaux.
Both sharing many passions, one of which is the Dogue de Bordeaux.

We have owned breed and showed Dogue de Bordeaux since 1997.
We both have had a active role in our breed in the UK and Holland.






Monique being a committee member of the Dutch Club BDCN for 6 years,
and Matthew being a committee member, showmanager for the DDB of GB for 7 years
and Matthew is a breedspecialist Championship judge in de UK for the Dogue de Bordeaux.
We both care about the history and future of this wonderfull breed,
working hard daily on health, type and character in our breeding.

Traveling across Europe in search of type and excellence.
Our Dogue de Bordeaux are very special to us, still teaching new things every day.
We have meet some wonderful interesting people in our search for knowledge and excellence
and we are happy to share our knowledge with others.














We now have Mona Lisa a Old English Mastiff since 2013.
We have always had a passion to own Old English Mastiffs.
So we dicided to contact a famous kennel Du Domaine de Straz Diego & Sabine.
We told them what it was in a Mastiff we loved and together
we choose our beautiful Mona Lisa.

We are so proud of this young girl, she has achtieved so much at such a young age.
Turning into a very beautiful example of the breed, we have health tested Mona Lisa
and wait the official results but everything looks good.
We both have decided that we want this wonderful breed in our lives
for many years to come.
Mona Lisa is now Dutch Youth Champion
and on her way to becoming Dutch and International Champion.
We do have a eye on a beautiful boyfriend for Mona Lisa.
So hopefully a lot of fun ahead , watch this space.

Wij zijn Matthew Spink & Monique Terlouw.

We leven samen met onze Bordeauxdoggen in een mooi dorp in Zuid-Holland.
Beide delen we vele passies, één daarvan is de Bordeaux dog.
We houden ons allebei al sinds 1997 bezig met dit ras.





Ook hebben we allebei een actieve rol gehad in ons ras Matthew in Engeland en Monique in Nederland.
Monique 6 jaar als bestuurslid van de Bordeaux Dog Club Nederland ( BDCN )
en Matthew 7 jaar als bestuurslid en showmanager van de Dogue De Bordeaux of Great Britain ( DDB of GB )
tevens is Matthew een ras specialist Kamioensschaps keurmeester in Engeland. voor de Bordeauxdog

We zijn allebei geïnteresseerd en begaan met de geschiedenis en toekomst van dit geweldige ras,
we werken hard aan type, karakter en gezondheid van dit ras.
We reizen door heel Europa op zoek naar type en uitmuntendheid.

Onze Bordeauxdoggen zijn heel bijzonder voor ons, we leren nog steeds elke dag nieuwe dingen.

We hebben een aantal geweldige en interessante mensen leren kenen
tijdens onze zoektocht naar kennis en competentie.
We vinden het fijn om onze kennis te delen met anderen.







Sinds 2013 hebben we ook een Old English Mastiff, Mona Lisa.
We altijd al de wens gehad om ook een Old English Mastiff te bezitten
Dus hebben we contact opgenomen met de beroemde kennel Du Domaine de Straz Diego & Sabine.
Met hen hebben we besproken wat ons aantrok in de Old Enlish Mastiff en samen met hen
hebben we onze prachtige Mona Lisa uitgekozen.

Mona Lisa is op haar gezondheid gecontroleerd en we wachten nu op de officiële resultaten, maar alles ziet er goed uit.

We hebben allebei besloten dat we ook dit geweldige ras nog vele jaren in ons leven willen hebben.


Mona Lisa is ondertussen Nederlands Jeugd Kampioen en op weg om Nederlands en Internationaal Kampioen te worden

Ook hebben we al een prachtige partner voor Mona Lisa op het oog, dus we hopen op fijne vooruitzichten.
